Arthur Thomas Consulting is an independent land promotion and advisory business working exclusively for landowners. We act as land promoters and land agents, providing strategic advice on how land can be promoted, managed or realised in a way that reflects its true potential. Our work spans residential, commercial and specialist land uses, including renewable energy and data centre development.

We support landowners at every stage, from early feasibility and planning strategy through to promotion, remediation and, where appropriate, acquisition. Instructions may be undertaken directly by Arthur Thomas Consulting or through an affiliated entity, depending on the nature of the project and the most suitable commercial structure. In all cases, our role is to provide clear, objective advice and to act in the best interests of the landowner throughout the process.
